PHOTOS: Flooding (or ‘ponding’) in Sengkang and Punggol

Parts of Sengkang and Punggol are hit by flooding (or ‘ponding’) after a heavy downpour in the afternoon.
The flooding inundated some roads including the Punggol-West flyover:
Some netizens warned of ‘flooding’ at the TPE exit to Sengkang.

This should not have happened after viewing the photos provided as the side drain is not fill to capacity. Let the Authorities and their officiers read and solve the problem. Tired of telling them what to do.
