Clarification from Sentosa Leisure Group on alleged rape case
Posted by temasektimes on May 11, 2012
Sentosa Leisure Group has sent us an email in response to an earlier article published yesterday on its part-time staff being allegedly involved in a rape case at Sentosa beach.
Its manager wrote that they can only confirm the employee in question is a part-time staff and not whether if he is a foreigner or local.

What kind of “clarification” is this? Rape case means rape case.

First it was reported as Indian FT, now they “clarify” they are not sure which animal was it??

Dear Ms Zee,
#1 Why are you contacting TNP and Shinmin when the report came from Lianhe Wanbao?

#2 Who is responsible for the initial fact that he is “an Indian national”?
#3 If the fact that he is a “part-time life guard” is correct, how likely is it that the fact supplied from the same source of him being “an Indian national” is not correct?
Look forward to your reply here.

#4 “We would like to request for a correction to the quote attributed…”
May I ask what was the actual quote that Suzanne Ho actually said?

Aiyoh Sentosa, you can tell us that the staff is a part timer and works on an ad-hoc basis. You can even inform us that he is required to ‘assist’ police in a rape case. Obviously you know who he is. And yet now mysteriously you can tell if he’s FT or local ? Very odd HR system you have, no ??

Unquestionably believe that which you said. Your favorite reason seemed to be on the web the simplest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I certainly get irked while people consider worries that they just don’t know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top as well as defined out the whole thing without having side effect , people could take a signal. Will probably be back to get more. Thanks
