Former senior Staff Sergeant jailed two weeks for abuse of power in having sex with hot PRC student cum KTV hostess

A former senior Staff Sergeant Lim Yew Chuan (林耀全) has been jailed for two weeks under the Police Act for two counts of abuse of power.
Lim was put in charge of a case involving a 29 year old PRC student Jiang Qing Feng (蒋青凤) and three other Vietnamese students who were arrested in a raid at a KTV lounge in 2009.
He was ordered by his superiors to give four of them a stern warning and deport them from Singapore. However, Lim only sent back the three Vietnamese girls and allowed Jiang to remain in Singapore on a student visa.
It turned out that Jiang had managed to seduce Lim and he subsequently had sex with her eight times at various hotels in Singapore.
The 32 year old Lim is married and his wife just delivered a week ago.

2 years ago, my friend rented out a room to 2 PRC girls. 1 of them had a student pass. she onlly left the house in the evening and returned home in the morning. where got student study in the evening and the class dismiss in the morning one. the most funny is…..she was a 32 yr old lao hup seng lol

i sympahatize with the police inspector, he was thinking out of the box, inspecting the assets of the PRC and found it deserves more inspection and of course mentoring.
I wonder if the judge ordered both parties to re-enact all the scenarios before passing judgement ?

2 weeks jail for sex on occasions- too lenient. I remembered the principal paid for it and yet get 6 weeks jail.

Yeah. Why was the hoodwinked principal given a heavier sentence than a law enforcer who knowing broke the law he had sworn to uphold, a bigger crime. The judges have to be more consistent with sentencing.

That’s it! To prevent further sex scandals by civil servants and ministers, law is to be changed to allow them with more than one wife (compulsory). Let the wives squeeze them dry before leaving for work everyday.
