Pinoy ‘FT’ sneers at death of NSF Muhammad Fahrurrazi: It is part of your job

Even as the entire nation is grieving over the death of full-time National Serviceman (NSF) Lance Corporal Muhammad Fahrurrazi, a pinoy ‘FT’ working in Singapore is gloating over it.
LCP Fahrurrazi went missing last week during a training in Brunei and his body was found in a river yesterday. Investigations are still ongoing to ascertain the cause of his death.
While most native Singaporeans are upset over the unfortunate incident, pinoy ‘FT’ Robert Intrepido felt there otherwise.
In a comment posted on Facebook, he wrote:
“Shit happens, its part of your job..”
His comments sparked a massive outcry among Singaporeans who roundly condemned him for it.
“whats up with this Robert Intrepido filipino going ‘shit happens, its part of your job..’? seriously no respect for somebody’s son who just passed away protecting the country people like you flee to. sigh.” – Mohd Taufiq
“Robert: I’ll say the same thing if you or your countryman dies in similar circumstances. You inconsiderate fool.” – Mohd Mutasim
According to information posted on his Facebook, Robert graduated from the University of San Agustin in the Philippines. Due to the government’s open-door immigration policies, a large number of pinoys have flocked to Singapore to study and work, making it one of the largest communities in Singapore.
All Singapore men have to serve two years of compulsory National Service. LCP Fahrurrazi is the fourth NSF in a training-related accident this year.
