A Singaporean lady has done a parody of PAP vlogger Nas Daily’s controversial video titled “Almost perfect Singapore” singing generous praises of the PAP regime.

Prominent property blogger and investor Vina Ip, better known as “Property Soul” has revealed a hard truth about HDB flats in a hard-hitting podcast:
“HDB flats are a depreciating liability, not an asset.”
Ms Ip, who has written a best-selling book “No B.S. Guide to Property Investment – Dirty Truths and Profitable Secrets To Building Wealth Through Properties” in 2014 added that HDB flats are only worth what buyers are willing to pay and the market conditions responsible for HDB owners making a massive profits from the sale of their flats in the past 30 years are no longer present today.

A drink Korean ‘FT’ was in a taxi and refused to wear the seat belt. After the taxi driver asked him to leave, he became violent.
A passerby tried to help out, but only agitated the Korean further who then threw a punch at him. The police later arrested him for disorderly behavior:

One driver was upset at the reckless driving of a taxi SHC6309K :
“Location at Yishun Road, in front of khatib MRT station.Cut out from taxi stand and cut across 3 lanes at sudden,
causing all traffics to jam brakes on a wet day, nearly causing traffic accident! Tried to horn him to warm him not to stop in the middle of the road but he ignored all drivers and continued to stop in the middle of the road.”
