NTU introduces new ‘Mayor’s Programme’ to train PRC officials

The Nanyang Technological University (NTU) has introduced a new training course – called the Mayors’ Programme to train senior PRC officials.
Thirty-five high-ranking government officials from China will undergo the training next month which will focus on the subjects of economic restructuring, urban and social management.
NTU has ‘groomed’ more than 12,000 officials from almost all provinces in China, under its current executive and postgraduate programmes. It is not known if their tuition fees are sponsored by Singapore taxpayers as well.
Speaking at the launch of the programme, Education Minister Heng Swee Kiat expressed strong support for it:
“Not all of Singapore’s development experience will be applicable to China but perhaps our story can stimulate further ideas that would be relevant to you; and given the fast pace of development in China, Singaporeans and local academics can also learn a great deal from their interactions with the participants in the Mayors’ Class.”

training includes high level techniques on how to manipulate Western businessmen for their political agenda.
As well as how to get “rid of them” and “dispose off their body” cleanly.
